Fees: $45 Residents/$55 Non-Residents - For registering multiple children in the same household at one time, the first two are at full price. The third child (and subsequent children after that) will receive a 50% reimbursement. The Parks and Recreation Department provides these programs for children, teens, and adults. Certified instructors will provide you with a supportive environment in which to learn and obtain skills. Classes are taught at the Riverfront Community Center.

Registration: The City of Leavenworth Parks and Recreation Department is converting to a new registration system for all of our events and programs. To register, customers will need to build a profile in RecDesk before proceeding to the event registration and payment. If registering in person or online with a credit card, a small convenience fee is applied, just under 4% of the total cost of the ticket. Online registration is credit card only. Students must be registered by the Wednesday before the session starts.

- For Ages 6 & up - Sign up for Level 1 - Introduction to Water Skills: Students will learn how to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it.
*Parent/Child classes require a family "helper" to attend and participate in the water with the child (no additional charge).*
Inclement Weather/Lightning Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, classes will still run. However, if thunder/lightning is present, all classes will be taught on deck to go over required pool safety rules and information.
