Medium Shelter at Hawthorn Park with picnic tables

Shelter reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.  If requesting a noise permit or beer permit, requests must be made at least 4 days in advance to ensure all approvals are met and permits are in hand for the event.

The parks listed below have shelters available to reserve online through Eventbrite.  Select the park you like and you will be directed to the web page with links to the online scheduling.  All parks and restrooms are cleaned daily.  Parks that have restroom buildings are open in the spring, summer, and early fall.  Portable restrooms are available during the off-season.

If reserving a shelter, we ask that you please pick up after your event is over and place trash in the barrels at the park.

**Note: No shelters will be available September 22 through September 29. All resources are pulled for CAMP Leavenworth.**

To reserve pickleball courts, tennis courts, ball fields, Eagles batting cages or basketball courts, contact Tabor Medill at tmedill@firstcity.org or 913-758-6648.
