Volunteers Needed

Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity for your club, sports team or service organization?

The Leavenworth Convention & Visitors Bureau is hosting two events this fall that would welcome you and your group for a day of giving back!

Camp Leavenworth: September 18-19

This free music festival needs volunteers age 18+ to supervise certain kids activities, including s'mores toasting, arts and crafts stations and bounce houses. We also need monitors along our Saturday morning 5K run/walk route to keep athletes on track and distribute water. Shifts are generally 3-4 hours long, and each volunteer gets a free t-shirt!

American Veterans Traveling Tribute: October 14-18

Join us in honoring our current service members, combat veterans and fallen American heroes with set-up and daily ceremonies. We are also in need of helpers who can assist family members as they seek names on the two war memorial walls on display.
