Eisenhower Road Repair begins June 11

Road repair is scheduled to take place beginning June 11 along Eisenhower Road. There will be short-term lane closures, with one lane of traffic open in each direction. Project goes from the parking lot of Dillons near Progress Drive to the back entrance to Home Depot. This is part of a $2.1 million Pavement Management Project which invests in Leavenworth streets.

Work will remove the top 3/4 – inch of driving surface and replace it with an ultra-thin bonded asphalt surface. Milling is expected to take about two days, followed by crack sealing that is scheduled to take about two days. The final layer is expected the week of June 16. Please use caution and slow down in a construction zone.

All work schedules are weather-dependent.
