Park Mechanic II

The City of Leavenworth is seeking qualified applicants to perform skilled tasks in the maintenance and repair of tractors, mowers, vehicles and all other types of equipment associated with a large grounds maintenance operation. Must be able to operate all maintained equipment and perform general grounds maintenance operations. 

Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years’ exp. in repair/maintenance on vehicles/equipment; minimum 2 years’ exp. with equip. operation; valid driver’s license; 1^st Aid/CPR/AED certification within 6 months and CDL Class A within 1 year of employment.

Starting Salary: $44,194 - $55,000 DOQ + excellent benefit package.
