Housing Manager
The City of Leavenworth is seeking qualified applicants for the FT position to perform a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical and professional work in administering the HUD-compliant, day-to-day operation and maintenance of Planter’s II, the City’s 105-unit elderly apartment high-rise building.
Minimum Qualifications: Education and experience equivalent to 7 years in a housing office; Public housing manager’s certificate, or the ability to obtain within six months of hire; and valid driver’s license at time of application.
Starting Salary: $53,362 plus excellent benefits package.
