Can I shoot my pellet/BB/air gun/paint ball gun/bow and arrow inside the city limits?
No. (Ord. 7777 Sec. 10.6)
Are door-to-door sales legal?
Yes. However, the salesperson must have a permit (available from the City Clerk). Non-profit organizations are exempt from the permit requirement. The hours for these types of sales are from 08:00 a.m. to ½ hour before sunset.
Can I consume alcohol in city parks?
Cereal malt beverages only may be consumed in city parks with a permit only. The permit can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office, 100 N. 5th St.
