Leavenworth and the Frontier
Military Historic Byway was
featured in a recent segment
of "Sunflower Journeys" on
KTWU.  Leavenworth is the
only city in Kansas that is
located on two byways: 
Frontier Military Historic
Byway & Glacial Hills
Scenic Byway.

Why not take a ride on a trolley while enjoying a one hour tour of Leavenworth, the "First City of Kansas"?!  A trolley will depart from the C.W. Parker Carousel Museum, 320 S. Esplanade, every Saturday at 11am for a one hour narrated tour of the city April thru December (weather permitting). Admission is charged. The trolley seats 28, so first come, first serve. Reservations are accepted however, plenty of on-site parking, (913) 682-1331.
